Data Backup Features
Additional features introduced from time to time
Features may vary depending on your subscription plan.
Some features may require a paid subscription.
By subscribing, you agree to:
Pay all applicable fees.
Provide accurate payment information.
Authorize us to process payments using your selected payment method.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated in writing.
You agree not to:
Use e-Rekodi for unlawful purposes.
Upload malicious software or viruses.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
Copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform without authorization.
Use the platform to commit fraud or financial crimes.
You are solely responsible for:
The accuracy of inventory records.

Customer and supplier information.
Tax calculations.
Financial reports generated from your data.
e-Rekodi provides tools for record management but does not guarantee the accuracy of information entered by users.
You retain ownership of the business information you upload into e-Rekodi.
By using our Services, you grant us permission to store, process, and secure your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
We do not sell your business data to third parties.
Your use of e-Rekodi is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information; however, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Where backup services are available, e-Rekodi will make reasonable efforts to maintain your data.
However:
Users are encouraged to export and maintain their own backups.
We are not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failures, user actions, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
We strive to keep e-Rekodi available at all times.
However, we may suspend or interrupt services for:
System maintenance
Security improvements
Software upgrades
Emergency repairs
Events beyond our reasonable control
All software, trademarks, logos, designs, source code, graphics, and content associated with e-Rekodi remain the property of e-Rekodi or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Our platform may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, email providers, cloud storage providers, and other software.
We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, e-Rekodi shall not be liable for:

Loss of business opportunities
Loss of data
Indirect or consequential damages
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless e-Rekodi, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tanzania.
